       it’s so good!  there are a lot of variations of it too.  stronger individuals can get into a foot elevated pushup position as well.  As a warmup, it really helps to get the shoulder girdle stable and warmed up for those duck dives

  1. Hey! I have only just come across your site today. I wish I found it earlier as I have constant neck and back pain from surfing. Love the idea of surfing specific exercises! The attention to detail is also helpful.

  2. katscu3  you’re welcome!  use it!  use the soft-tissue release work to loosen up some of that stiff tissue then look to improving the strength and endurance with some of the exercises
