Great stuff right here.  I have been working hard on opening up my shoulders to improve my posture so I wont be fighting my forward slumped shoulders while paddling.  I hadn’t thought of rolling out my pecs.  I also like spreading my arms out and walking into the corner of a room to stretch both arms at the same time.  Keep it coming man, I love it.

    1. Gotta open up the anterior shoulder structures so the shoulder joint can fall back into proper positioning so the rotator cuff can do it’s job! The “walking into a corner” is a great Pec Minor stretch and I actually include it in Phase 2 Strength Circuits from http://www.surftrainingsuccess.com It’s a really great movement for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting!
